Yes M - conservation of energy - resting - is the secret.
Re: Fertility - No worry with having children late in life as long as the conditions are correct - which conditions? - All the ones necessary to ensure a natural birth! And yes… you are right - we are stressed out - overworked - worried - NOT in good health and so reproduction is in accordance with the conditions.

I concur with your comments that the body is able to heal itself - had a spring-cleaning episode myself 2 weeks ago.
Fasted 2 days on pure water & rested well.
On the subject of fertility - I see many couples leaving conception till they are in their late 30’s. They are working longer hours, over-stressed, etc.
However, on a happier note, I had a long-standing client email me tonight to let me know the good news of the safe arrival of her 2nd child, born naturally with no intervention. She has practiced nature cure advice given & doing so well.
When may I ask, will Katy’s book be ready on rearing babies naturally? Will I be able to buy a bulk amount - or will it only be an e-book like the others at your website?
Have a wellness talk this Sat 18th July on “How To Keep Warm & Healthy Internally & Externally For Winter” Will be covering benefits of Dry Skin Brushing & Eating Raw Foods. Would like to inform people coming of your website & books available.

Yes - I woke up on Tues am w/ sore throat - lots of sneezing - temp up - so I went to bed - fasted until Sat - all symptoms gone - feeling much better - I know my body healed itself.

So the correct conditions are called hygiene. Hygiene both inside and out. That triggers another tick term for me.
