#3 - says that if you cut the skin, break a bone, bruise, contuse or confuse any of the cellular structure we call self - it will do everything in its power to ‘right itself’ to return to its center, to balance itself, to return to a state of harmony.

Our conscious role - is to simply get out of the way - to provide the correct conditions for healing to occur - (hygiene is what it is called)- rest and conserve energy - and become one again.
