Soups

Salad
Live long - live strong - eat a raw vegetable salad daily. A really good salad contains elements of the leaf, root and fruit varieties - and is complimented by a tasty dressing that adds just a touch of piquant.
Dessert
Delicious desserts are always well received. They can be as fancy or simple as you choose. When gourmet and glamour meet, you know you have a winner! A fruit and nut platter can be as appropriate as a pie or cake. Be creative, and don’t be afraid to modify your old favorite recipes with” better for you” ingredients - Bon Appetite!
Beverages
Pure water, fruit and vegetable juices are the best drinks we can put into our bodies. The herb garden is an endless source of flavor to add to cool beverages or teas.
Fruits
Fruit Meals Fruit should form about 50% of our daily dietary intake. Fruits that are in season, sweet and juicy make the best meals. Fruits can be easily made into interesting salads, platters, and kebabs. Simply packed into the lunch box for an away from home meal is convenience plus. Fruits go well with dried fruits, nuts, seeds, avocado and cheeses for a nutritionally balanced meal.
